No. LG999 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and will be closed. Any welcome bonus or winnings accrued on a duplicate account may be voided. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately before making any deposits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically instant or within one to two minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay usually arrive within five minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take 15–60 minutes during banking hours. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually processed within 5–15 minutes. If your deposit has not arrived after these windows, do not make another deposit – contact support with your transaction reference number.

LG999 does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you transfer is credited to your account. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their own transfer fees on their end – check with your provider. Withdrawals – Process, Speed & Limits

Log in, go to the cashier and select "Withdraw". Choose your preferred payment method (must match your primary deposit method for first withdrawal), enter the amount and confirm. Your request goes to the payments team for processing. Most withdrawals are completed within 15–30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash after KYC is verified. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours.

The minimum withdrawal at LG999 is Rs 500. There is no need to accumulate a large balance before cashing out – as long as your KYC verification is complete and your withdrawable balance is at least Rs 500, you can request a withdrawal at any time.

The most common reason for a delayed withdrawal is incomplete KYC verification. Make sure your CNIC and selfie have been verified in the LG999 account settings. Other causes include a withdrawal request outside of peak processing hours, a large withdrawal amount that requires additional review, or a mismatch between the payment method requested and the one on file. You need to submit a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC plus a selfie holding your CNIC. This is a one-time process. Once verified, all future withdrawals are processed without additional KYC steps unless LG999's compliance team flags a specific transaction for review.

LG999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. However, your bank or mobile wallet may apply their own receiving fees. Note that one free withdrawal per day is permitted; additional withdrawal requests on the same day may incur a small processing charge as detailed in the LG999 Terms and Conditions.

Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include: incomplete or failed KYC verification, requesting withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the deposit source, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements on the funds being withdrawn, or a compliance hold due to unusual account activity. The rejection notification from LG999 will indicate the reason – follow the stated steps or contact support for clarification.

Example: you bet Rs 1,000 at odds of 2.50 – your total return is Rs 2,500 (Rs 1,000 stake + Rs 1,500 profit). Odds below 2.00 are considered favourites; odds above 2.00 are considered underdogs. You can switch between decimal and fractional formats in your account settings.

Yes – in-play betting is one of LG999's strongest features. You can place bets on active matches right up until certain market cutoffs (e.g. a wicket market closes after a wicket falls). Yes. LG999 supports multi-selection accumulator bets across sports. You can add selections from different matches to your bet slip and combine them into a single bet. Accumulator odds are calculated by multiplying all individual odds together, which means higher potential returns – but all selections must win for the bet to pay out. If a match is abandoned before the result can be determined (for example due to rain in cricket), LG999 will void all bets on that match and return stakes to player accounts within 24 hours.
